Role: Senior Management Accountant

Reporting To: Financial Controller

Sector: Marketing Agency

Permanent : Hybrid 3 days in the office

Salary: £50,000- £52,000 DoE

VisionFR are delighted to be working with this exciting, very successful marketing Agency who are now seeking an ambitious Senior Management Accountant to produce accurate management information and become part of this terrific finance team.

The Senior Management Accountant Key Responsibilities will include:

• Management accounts production with variance analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliation - all accounts - understanding the balances
• Accruals / Prepayments / Fixed Assets
• Staff cost reconciliations / Pensions / NI / Year end reposts / P11D's / PSA reporting
• Staff recharges - Experiential teams / Projects - recharge of all staff costs to correct project
• Some recharge of internal staff to Jobs
• Revenue recognition and Monthly forecasting
• Looking at utilisation reporting and assisting with monitor of freelance costs
• WIP and understanding and reporting/ acting on over/ underspends on Projects
• Liaising with account management
• Overseeing the Finance Assistant
• Looking at process & systems improvement
• Ad hoc duties

Senior Management Accountant Key Attributes Required:

• Previous experience within a creative/marketing or similar environment advantageous
• Ambitious with desire to grow career
• Good Team Player
• Advanced level Excel
• Good commercial awareness
• Confident decision maker
• Paprika skills beneficial
• Analytical thinker
