The RoleIn this senior position, you will:

• Deliver high-quality management accounting services to a diverse client portfolio.
• Work closely with clients, providing strategic financial advice to support their goals.
• Lead and develop a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Support the firm’s growth plans by identifying business opportunities and enhancing client relationships.
• Contribute to operational and strategic decision-making within the practice.

About YouThe ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within an accountancy practice.
• Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• A strategic, growth-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
