Senior Management Accountant - Pure Resourcing Solutions : Job Details

Pure are pleased to have been retained exclusively by this Basildon based business to recruit a Senior Management Accountant for an onsite opportunityOur client is a privately owned business that have a range of premium products that they sell in over 100 countries. The position reports to the CEO and includes a pathway to Group Financial Controller role.Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Oversee financial controls, prepare consolidated management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, and manage payroll and pricing integrity.
• Audit & Compliance: Handle relationships with auditors, ensure timely completion of audits, and ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and tax laws.
• Taxation: Review VAT returns and submit corporation tax returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC.
• IT Management: Lead software strategy and management.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of two finance professionals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-5 years in similar roles, with industry experience.
• Education: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong software implementation experience; familiarity with SAP Business One, MS Power BI, and MS Dynamics is advantageous.
