Senior Management Accountant - KennedyPearce Consulting : Job Details

Partnered with a luxury retail brand based in South West London, I am hiring for a Senior Management Accountant on a full time permanent basis. You will support the Financial Controller and will play a pivotal role in control of the company's financial position. This role will suit an individual who has a high attention to detail, is communicative but also an aptitude for working independently. You will also be responsible for a small team of 4. Please note, this role is 100% office based.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

• Managing a small team
• Lead preparation of monthly management accounts
• Lead annual audit process
• VAT (including One Stop Shop) & Tax management across different countries
• Maintains bank relationships
• Weekly cash flow forecasting
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review with FC and FD
• Management of fixed asset register
• Execution of various adhoc tasks as and when requested
• Process improvements

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience of working as a Management Accountant in a fast paced, commercial environment
• Formal accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to build positive relationships with both finance and commercial teams.
• Knowledge of accounting systems and reporting applications - Oracle Netsuite is a plus
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

In return, there is a salary range on offer between £60,000-£65,000 per annum plus a 15% bonus, £2,000 clothing allowance, free use of the on-site gym and much more.
