Responsibilities of the Senior Manager role include:

• Lead and manage our accounting and audit practice, overseeing a skilled team of accountants and audit professionals.
• Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial reports and statutory returns, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Innovate and implement accounting and auditing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with directors and senior management to shape strategy and contribute to the firm's overall business growth.

We would love to speak to candidates with the following background for this Senior Manager role:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA Qualified Accountants with 3 - 6 years PQE
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate accounting professionals.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
• Excellent IT Skills, specifically accounting software such as Iris, Xero and Quickbooks, and the Microsoft Suite.
