Senior Manager - Insurance Internal Audit and Risk Consulting - Bermuda

We're on the hunt for a Senior Manager - Insurance Internal Audit and Risk Consulting for a role based in Bermuda. This is an exciting chance to join a leading global firm and work with a diverse range of insurance industry clients in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Internal Audit services to insurance clients.
• Advise on Sarbanes Oxley and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
• Lead Enterprise Risk Management advisory and assurance services.
• Conduct IPO readiness reviews.
• Offer insights on governance, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Assist with business process design and operational reviews.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience in insurance Internal Audit and Risk Management/Compliance advisory.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry and its regulatory framework.
• A professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA) is a plus.
• Experience with SOX, financial reporting processes, and SOC reporting (ISAE3401/SSAE16) is beneficial.
• Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
