Our client, a leading global asset manager, is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Manager to help develop and execute their associate learning function across Europe and Asia. The role will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of learning curricula to support the company’s long term strategic goals, collaborating with the global Learning & Development team to identify learning needs and design effective training solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve learning curricula aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives and market best practices
- Identify business requirements, and address them through the creation of learning initiatives
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure agreement on L&D strategy
- Develop and assess internal and external learning opportunities and events
- Identify the need for and design tools and resources to help meet manager and associate development goals, including development plans, action learning projects and competency models
- Maintain and review key success metrics of learning and development technologies
- Negotiate and manage external vendor relationships
- Develop and implement communication plans relating to L&D programs
Requirements
- Asset management industry experience
- Proven track record in learning and development, HR, or organisational development
- Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management
- A strategic thinker with long-term commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Highly versatile and adaptable in the face of changing business environments
- The ability to identify, engage and leverage talent across an organisation
- 10-15 years experience
