Situated in London, this team works in collaboration with global and regional partners to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Global Risk Training Program. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility In the role of Manager, Risk Training, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of risk management within the company. You will work closely with the Global Head of Risk Training and regional counterparts to oversee the entire project management lifecycle of our Global Risk Training Program. This includes stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, and the analysis of training effectiveness. Additionally, you will take a lead role in the EMEA and the Americas, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to promote risk management best practices and cultivate a robust risk culture. • Significant experience (5-7 years) in designing and implementing risk & compliance training, preferably within the Financial Services sector.
• A track record of successfully managing training programs, including the development of online courses and materials.
• Leadership experience with a strong ability to influence outcomes and maintain high levels of stakeholder engagement.
• A deep understanding of risk management principles and the capability to communicate these effectively.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced and global service-oriented environment.
• Tertiary education and/or certification in instructional design/training, with Project Management skills seen as an advantage.
