An automotive component manufacturer with sites across the UK require a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to be responsible for the implementation of production processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in automotive manufacturing and leadership. Commutable from: Redditch, Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, StourbridgeSalary: £55,000 - £60,000 p.a. Suitable for: Process Engineer, Senior Process Engineer, Methods Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Senior Industrial Engineer, Project Engineer The Role Reporting in to the Engineering Manager you will have the following duties:-The design of new systems and processes.-Overseeing the installation of machinery and equipment.-Improving manufacturing efficiency. -Carrying out FMEAs, process documentation and implement improvements.The Person Educated to a minimum of NVQ level 4 you will have the following experience:-Experience in a first-tier automotive environment.-Ability to train people inside and outside of your work group.-Ability to design processes and layouts.
