An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international organisation as a Marketing Measurement and Effectiveness Specialist!

• Salary: £61,000 - £79,000
• Full-time, 40-hour workweek
• Start date: ASAP

The JobIn this role, you will:

• Develop and implement a bespoke marketing effectiveness framework across multiple countries.
• Lead a global Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) program, helping countries interpret results and drive recommendations.
• Manage a marketing test-and-learn program to evaluate and optimise marketing and media strategies.
• Collaborate with teams across 10 markets to improve media performance for offline and online channels.
• Identify opportunities to enhance marketing measurement, working with external partners and building business cases.

You

We're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in MMM deployment and marketing measurement.
• A background in client-side or media agency roles, with strong knowledge of marketing principles.
• Experience working with multiple markets or in an international role.
• Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
