Position Overview:
The Senior Marketing Executive will take a lead role in managing multichannel marketing initiatives, with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in paid advertising, PPC campaigns, social media content creation, and data analysis to inform decision-making. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for marketing who thrives in a collaborative and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, email, SEO, and website management.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC) across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), ensuring optimal ROI and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms, driving engagement and growing brand presence.
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform strategies and improve marketing effectiveness, using metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, from content creation to performance tracking, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
- Manage SEO strategy to optimize the company's website for search visibility, enhancing user experience and increasing organic traffic.
- Budget management for marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maximizing results.
- Collaborate with cross- functional internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong B2C marketing background.
- Proven experience in paid ads and PPC campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
- Expertise in social media content creation and management across multiple platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Experience in SEO, email marketing, and website management.
- Previous experience managing cross-functional team collaboration.
- Ability to manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet targets.
Desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- A passionate and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
