What the role Involves:

• Marketing Strategy and Execution: Bring to life the marketing strategies developed by the Head of Marketing, contributing to strategic direction with insights and data analysis, and ensuring seamless execution across digital channels and events.
• Be able to execute and manage PPC, Analytics & Paid Social platforms.
• Campaign Planning and Execution: Take full ownership of planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with our broader strategy and objectives.
• Content Strategy and Management: Oversee content creation and distribution to ensure it aligns with strategic goals and engages our target audience.
• Digital Marketing Initiatives: Lead the execution of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, broker support, product development, and compliance teams to ensure our marketing efforts are fully integrated.
• Vendor and Agency Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring our marketing initiatives are executed to the highest standard.
• Performance Reporting: Regularly report on marketing performance, campaign results, and key metrics to keep the Head of Marketing and wider team informed.
