Job Summary:

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Your expertise will help to enhance the guest experience, ensuring they maintain their reputation for excellence and innovation in the luxury cruise market. You will work closely with the wider marketing team and collaborate with other departments to create impactful campaigns that align with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our luxury cruise offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand positioning.
• Campaign Management: Lead and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities in the luxury travel sector.
• Brand Development: Strengthen the brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Collaborations: Work with external agencies, media partners, and influencers to amplify marketing efforts and increase brand exposure.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, digital content, newsletters, and promotional videos.
• Customer Insights: Analyse data and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and improve future strategies.
• Event Coordination: Manage and coordinate key marketing events, including luxury travel exhibitions, client engagements, and exclusive VIP experiences.
• Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources to drive ROI.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury travel, hospitality, or cruise industry.
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. A professional marketing qualification is a plus.
• Skills:
