Forward Role are working with a high growth online retailer to recruit a Senior CRM Manager to manage the offline marketing team and take ownership of all ATL media and the creative strategy.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 3
- Overseeing the planning and implementation of the ATL media strategy for TV, Radio, Partnerships/ Sponsorships, VOD, AdSmart ect
- Ownership of the activity sign off authorisation process with senior directors
- Manage the PR & Social strategy, making sure all activity is on brand and in line with the broader marketing strategy
- Ownership and management of the offline marketing budget, planning out the financial year and frequently updating spend forecasts during the year to guarantee spend is within budget
- Evaluate and sign off all press releases and the Social Media content plan, providing clear feedback and identifying any concerns
- Manager the ad production for TV, Radio, Digital and Social making sure key path timings are followed
- Make sure brand/creative strategy and media strategy are in line, as well as support with through the line campaign plans, guaranteeing specific campaign plans are conveyed to the wider marketing team
- Collaborate with Media and creative agencies with clear and regular communication
- Ownership of the brand guidelines and creative execution for all channels. Collaborating with the wider marketing team to make sure the brand is consistent and represented well
- Reporting and analysis of media and creative performance, continually searching for ways to enhance and improve.
- Regularly explore fresh creative ideas, media channels and look to test & learn
- Make sure the business are up to speed with new trends in the Media market
- Know the business and look for ways to drive performance and results
What you will need:
- Previous marketing experience with a Media and Brand Strategy background
- Strong attention to detail, able to think and plan creatively and strategically in the long and short term and be focussed on driving business performance
- Experience collaborating with agencies and media owners and able to build relationships with them
- Confident to challenge ideas and can take full ownership of the offline marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of digital channels and the full marketing funnel
- Ability to collaborate with other marketing departments to deliver holistic campaigns and results
- Experience working with production agencies
- Team player who is self-motivated and a strategic thinker with a creative flare and analytical mindset
