Senior Marketing Manager - Upgrade Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

An exciting and rapidly expanding events and entertainment company in West London is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. You’ll work independently to drive marketing and content initiatives, developing and executing marketing plans, and identifying future marketing opportunities, both within the UK and across the globe. This is a permanent position paying £55,000 plus benefits and with extensive scope to expand and mould the role in the future.

This is an ideal role for a talented professional with strong B2B and international marketing experience, ideally gained within the events industry, with a proven track record of shaping marketing strategy, and who wants to take command of a cornerstone function in a growing business. The team are based in modern offices in West London - with excellent transport links - and within a friendly and welcoming team and a flat non-corporate atmosphere.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will:

• Develop and execute global and local marketing strategies to drive continued business growth.
• Monitor marketing trends and identify marketing opportunities for the business’ services across global markets.
• Analyse and report on marketing performance and identifying new opportunities to evaluate campaign performance and improve overall marketing output.
• Create a mixture of online and offline content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and producing offline print publications.
• Work closely with the Events Manager on the planning and promotion of live events and webinars.
• Build and grow your marketing team as the marketing function expands in the long-term.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, you should have:

• Strong B2B marketing experience - ideally gained in an agency environment and/or within the events industry.
• International marketing experience and the ability to develop and execute marketing plans on a local and global context.
• A track record of Line Management and the ability to grow and develop a marketing team.
• Expert relationship building skills with both internal and external parties.
• Full fluency in English and ideally an additional European language.

Salary & Hours

• Up to £55,000 pa depending on experience.
• Hybrid working - 2 days in office, 3 from home.
• Other benefits to be discussed on application.
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
