Senior Marketing Manager - Focus Resourcing : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and oversee customer acquisition and lifecycle campaigns within a business-to-business environment.

Duties*Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.*Own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales effectiveness and customer engagement goals.*Lead customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, maximising retention, engagement, and cross-sell opportunities.*Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, and Customer Services teams. *Ensure real-world impact by engaging with customers and gathering insights to inform marketing decisions.*Support the planning and execution of public relations activities to enhance brand awareness and reputation.*Manage relationships with creative design agencies while collaborating with the in-house design team on campaign assets.*Identify and leverage market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to shape strategic marketing decisions.*Lead product launch campaigns, ensuring market penetration and commercial success.*Work closely with Sales, Finance, IT, Product, and Customer Services teams to align marketing *Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Experience*Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.*Expertise in digital platforms such as marketing automation or Pardot/Marketing Cloud.*Proficiency in Salesforce and leveraging CRM systems for marketing campaigns and reporting. *Strong background in developing and executing campaign strategies across multiple channels.*Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.*Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.*CIM qualification in Marketing is desirable.
