As they continue to grow, they're now on the hunt for a Senior Project Design Engineer to help design and lead projects for their manufacturing clients across the UK who are automating their manufacturing processes.

This is a rare progressive role leading to a Technical Director position and would suit applications who are looking for career development.

What's involved for the Senior Project Design Engineer…

• Lead the mechanical design of products and systems using 2D & 3D CAD tools such as Inventor or AutoCAD
• Produce detailed drawings and technical documentation
• Support the prototyping, testing, and validation of designs
• Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies
• Help continuously improve design processes and engineering standards
• Manage and oversea project engineers and design teams

What you'll need…

• Mechanical Design Engineer experience at a senior level
• Design or Project Engineer experience within automation manufacturing is advantageous
• Strong skills in 2D/3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor etc)
• Excellent understanding of process manufacturing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive, team-focused mindset
