Senior Mortgage Administrator - F S People : Job Details

Our client are a well established City based mortgage and wealth brokerage who are on the look out for a senior mortgage administrator to join their team. This person would undertake Team Leader duties and so would be a strong communicator and very much a people person.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• Previous mortgage administration experience required
• Experience of team management desirable or looking to move into a team leader type role
• Excellent IT skills (Inc. Windows, Outlook and Excel)
• Experience of using CRM systems.
• Experience of managing client relationships.
• High level of numeracy
• Good interpersonal skills
• Professional telephone manner.
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills and ability to structure clear and informative emails (without the use of templates).
• Proven organisational skills & ability to multi-task.
• Accurate typing/Data Entry skills

Please note you MUST have 2+ years of UK based mortgage administration experience for this role.

THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity to join a City based Financial Services Practice, working for a highly successful Mortgage and Protection Adviser and assisting in the processing and completion of mortgage and protection applications whilst also managing their own workload.

The role will include overseeing the training for the team, daily check-ins, reporting resource management issues to the team leader for them to escalate.

Basic salary for this role is £40-44,000 Plus benefits
