Job Purpose:The Operations Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office and supporting business functions. The role is designed to assist the Director of Compliance and the Director of Operations with daily tasks across multiple departments, including Operations, Compliance, Finance, and general administration. You will also manage limited HR-related tasks and ad hoc requests from senior management.
This role is perfect for candidates with a background in mortgage administration who are looking to pivot towards operations and business management, without direct mortgage administration responsibilities but with an understanding of the mortgage process.
