Responsibilities:

· Provide expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs.

· Oversee and support a team of mortgage advisers, fostering growth and performance.

· Manage and develop relationships with key lead sources.

· Drive personal and team success by achieving productivity and revenue targets.

Key Requirements:

· CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).

· Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser, with a track record of high performance.

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

· Leadership potential, with the ability to manage and motivate remote teams. Having a level of team lead/mentorship experience is desirable.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

· Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Mortgage Adviser.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Located within a commutable distance to the London area.
