Job Title: Senior Multi-Skilled Maintenance OperativeSalary: £34745pa to £39024pa depending on experienceContract Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks.
• Take lead on projects
• Troubleshoot in all trades
• Ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report issues to the manager.
• Work closely with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Painting and decorating, tiling, dry lining, tape and jointing, siliconing, basic carpentry, other general maintenance duties.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Senior Multi-Skilled maintenance role.
• Experience in taking lead on projects.
• Being able to troubleshoot in all the trades.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A full UK driving license
• Valid CSCS card or willingness to gain.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week contracted hours, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
