The role will involve some travel to Derby and Nottingham. The role will involve: - Case Management - Max 6 cases/day- Health surveillance- Health promotion- Fitness for work assessments- Act as Senior for onsite team of OHA's- Lead and manage regional clinical team- Monitoring staff performance and recruitment- Assist business to achieve financial targets- Client account management - clinical and operational advice- 60% Clinical work and 40% management workTo apply you will need to be a qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management and health surveillance experience. You will need to have previous leadership and management experience and a full driving licence and access to a car.Salary: up to £48,000 + Benefits
