Job Description :

SRM Recruitment are working with an established company who are experiencing an exciting period of growth. They require someone to join them ASAP on a temporary basis to support with the day to day operations in the office. This role is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months.

Duties:

  • Manage office general inbox
  • Act as the point of contact in the office for staff on site
  • Order PPE, office supplies etc
  • Manage recruitment for site staff: advertising, initial phone screening, pre employment checks
  • Process weekly timesheets and ensuring accurate information on the systems for approval
  • Keep up to date staff records

We are looking for someone who can start ASAP and is confident to take ownership of the role and so previous experience in the following is required:

  • Managing the recruitment process
  • Onboarding new staff
  • Collating and checking timesheets

Please Note: Due to the location of the office, you will need to be able to drive
