P4Recritment are seeking a dedicated Senior Outreach Worker to join our clients team in Exeter.Key Responsibilities:Conduct assertive outreach and visit hot spots across the local area to engage with clients.Provide supportive line management and supervision to team members.Collaborate with external agencies to ensure effective multi-agency support and maximise opportunities for clients.Requirements:UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (desirable).Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.Availability to participate in an Outreach rota, which may include working early mornings, evenings, and weekends.Benefits:Competitive salary of £27,000 per year.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals in the community.A supportive and collaborative working environment.
