Senior Paid Media Manager - Aspire : Job Details

Are you looking to work in-house for a fast-growing online pharmacy and wellness brand? As the Senior Paid Media Manager, you will lead all paid media initiatives. You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact in scaling and growing the brand's paid media function and expand the brand into global markets.

The Role:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy, with a focus on PPC, paid social, and other digital advertising channels.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of PPC and paid social campaigns, ensuring they are optimised for performance and ROI.
• Work closely with senior leadership to manage media budgets and forecast spend, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximise results.
• Lead paid media initiatives in the UK and work on expanding campaigns into Europe and other global markets.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in managing Paid Media campaigns, ideally with experience in the wellness, healthcare, or lifestyle sectors.
• Experience working in both UK and international markets, with a focus on global expansion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• A positive, can-do attitude with an interest in working for a start-up business.
