Senior Paraplanner - CB3 Associates Ltd : Job Details

The Company: A high calibre, Harrogate based financial planning business who are looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to their expanding wealth management team. This is a key role supporting high net worth private clients who are 'at-retirement’ and are exploring estate and succession planning and tax planning solutions.

• Office Location: Central Harrogate
• Working Setup: Office-based

Package: £38-45k base + discretionary bonus and full company benefits:

• Key Benefits: 5% pension, life assurance plus free parking on site
• Bonus: Discretionary - Paid annually
• Holidays: 27-days + stats

The Role: A pure paraplanning role providing analysis, detailed research of funds and providers, product recommendations and subsequent suitability report writing for all HNW private clientele. Duties include:

• Providing technical, research and full paraplanning support
• Production of compliant and detailed Suitability Reports
• Ensure all client records are fully compliant and up to date
• Annual client reviews

The Person: This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive experience of Pensions and Investments casework who is looking for a professional, client-centric proposition where you are involved and engaged in ensuring the best possible solutions for clients and their families. It will suit a technical astute paraplanner who enjoys working alongside advisers in a consultative, right-hand man type capacity:

• Required: QCF Level 4 Diploma qualified (or at least progressing towards)
• Required: Product research and suitability report writing experience
• Preferable: Proficiency in research tools such as O&M, FE Analytics, Avelo Exchange and the Iress Database system
