Paraplanning Manager / Senior Paraplanner (High Value Life Insurance)

Are you an experienced Paraplanner / Paraplanning Manager?

Our client is a highly successful financial services business, providing independent financial solutions in areas such as property finance (term and short-term finance), life insurance, asset finance, general insurance and wealth management.

A fantastic and newly created opening is available for an Paraplanning Manager to join the specialist life insurance planning team. You will partner with the department director to help achieve the team’s growth plans.

This is a "hands on" role, assisting the director with day-to-day duties, providing life insurance planning solutions to HNW and UHNW clients. You will also play a key role as the team evolves, duties will include team management, training, strategic planning and project execution

Experience required:

• In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry.
• Supervisory experience within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards, including Training & Competence (T&C) schemes.
• Proven experience in line management, encompassing recruitment, training, coaching, and team motivation.
• Industry qualifications (FPC, Diploma in Financial Planning)
• Degree Educated (Preferred)
• Highly organised
• Extreme level of attention to detail

£50 - 70k Basic + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
