Job Title Senior Payroll Assistant

As our next Senior Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all employees are paid on time and accurately.
To succeed in this position, you will be a team player, capable of forming relationships with your colleagues while also having a keen eye for detail. You will be proactive, a natural problem solver with an investigative approach.
Working within a payroll team of 3, you will be responsible for the monthly payroll of our 2800 employees across all locations. You will be organised and able to manage your workload effectively. This role is not a transactional or bureau payroll opportunity.
In this position, you will collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders within a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a small payroll team in a broader finance department where you will have the chance to engage with colleagues across the business.
As our next Senior Payroll Assistant, you will enjoy working with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, offering guidance on all payroll matters and identifying areas for improvement. Your role is to ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.??
You will have the chance to expand your knowledge and skills within payroll in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities for training and development.
This role offers hands-on experience with numerous avenues for exposure within a dynamic, dedicated team environment where fostering strong relationships is essential across all departments.
