Our ClientA fast growing global non-profit organisation which aims to support the development of inclusive and prosperous societies.The RoleAs the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the payroll process and serve as a point of contact for payroll related issues. You will be managing the payroll for approximately 450 staff, and overseeing two direct reports who will support with payroll.The Successful Candidate

• Extensive experience with PEO suppliers in the UK/US and Europe.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to potentially grow into a broader, international role.
