As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a talented professional Senior Payroll Specialist to bring their expertise to a passionate and dynamic team, playing a key role in driving their continued success.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Accurately process payroll on a weekly and monthly basis using the Employment Hero platform
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, including tax codes, superannuation and employment regulations
• Resolve employee payroll queries promptly and professionally
• Issuing employee pay slips and providing detailed payroll summaries
• Calculating statutory payments, including holiday pay, SMP, SSP and SPP
• Preparing and loading BACS payments
• Support HR and business reporting through payroll data analysis and insights
• Supporting company and staff with the move over to a new payroll system Employment Hero

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

• Experience using Employment Hero payroll software
• Able to assist others in the training of the new system
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation and processes
• Familiar with current legislation
• Able to work to and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
