This is a well known organisation based in Welwyn Garden City - due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. DB Pensions experience is required in order to be considered for this role.
Description
- Manage daily pension scheme activities
- Provide high-quality customer service to employees regarding their pensions
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate pension records
- Ensure compliance with pension regulations and laws
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on pension-related matters
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of pension schemes
- Assist in the development of pension scheme policies
- Provide informative and educational pension briefings to employees
Profile
A successful Senior Pensions Administrator should have:
- A strong understanding of pension regulations (DB Pensions experience is necessary)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
