Senior People PartnerManchester - Hybrid12-month FTC £50,952 - £57,349 per annum ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Senior People Partner to join a private organisation who provides guidance and advice for public health and social care. As Senior People Partner facilitate, spearhead, and implement strategic initiatives that promote, foster, and solidify a dynamic yet harmonious workplace where our teams can thrive. You will be responsible for providing both operational and strategic support to the organisation for all matters related to PeopleThe Role:* You will be responsible for ensuring the contribution of People expertise to business decision making and developing innovative people solutions to support business plans and strategy.* Ensure that operational and strategic Organisational Development services are aligned within Directorates, to promote partnership working and the delivery of a proactive and customer centred service, which improves the user experiences.* Will be a key conduit between the People services and other colleagues across the organisation. Maintaining effective communication links, ensuring that best practice is shared and developed.* Collaborate with leadership teams to materialise growth-oriented strategies that ensure employee satisfaction * Will be the eyes and ears of the organisation, liaise with colleagues daily regarding the business and how the business can improve.* Contribute to the creation, implementation, and evaluation of personal development plans* Operate effectively in a flexible and demanding environment and proactively engage with key stakeholders working on a variety of topicsRequirements: * Knowledge of legislation and best practice, stakeholder management and influencing strategies with a proven ability to turn these innovative ideas into working models * Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills* Good communication and organisation skills* Experience of formulating new ways of working and creating strategies for workplace improvements within operational, and resourcing activities.* Motivated, positive and proactive approach to workThis vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
