Key Responsibilities:
- Advise leadership on HR strategies to align with business objectives.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Oversee compliance with labor laws and manage employee relations.
- Lead HR projects, including cultural transformation and organizational development.
- Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Proven HR leadership experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR certification is a plus.
