• Lead HR projects, including cultural transformation and organizational development.
• Analyze HR metrics to improve processes and decision-making.

• Proven HR leadership experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR certification is a plus.
