Your new companyI'm excited to be working with a leading not-for-profit provider of housing for the elderly based in Birmingham. They operate in excess of 200 local authority areas across England, managing a portfolio of over 24,000 properties, and providing in excess of 49,000 hours of social care each week. Your new roleThis organisation is now looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to join their Asset Management team.You will take a leading role and effectively manage and monitor the Asset Management performance, ensuring the effective management of departmental data, budgets, and key business objectives, identifying and investigating areas of risk or concern.This is a hybrid role, and you would be required to work from both the office and from home as well as attend team meetings at the head office in Birmingham as required.What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of designing and developing business management processes to ensure the robust scrutiny and reporting of performance
• Experience of collating complex sources of data, managing, monitoring and reporting information
• Knowledge and understanding of software and data packages
• Educated to HND / Level 5 / Degree level or relevant experience
