Senior Planner - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

Our client is a Tier 1 Main CivilsContractor based in the North West, focused on a number of multi-million pound public realm schemes across a wide variety of sectors. Due to their continued success and pipeline, they are looking to make an addition to their Planning team.

The Role

They are looking for a Senior Planner based in the North West to join their team and bring their experience into the team. The primary responsibilities and duties of the role include:

• Be involved in the pre-qualification plans, as well as the presentations to clients, the wider team in great detail.
• Provide all necessary plans and method statements needed for any tender submittals.
• Pricings
• Maintaining company standard across all stages of pre-qualification, beginning to end.
• Collaborate with the Design and Commercial teams

The ideal person for this role would have the following experience and qualifications:

• Proficient use of P6/Asta Power Project and Microsoft Project
• Have obtained a relevant degree or qualification
• Experience working in a similar role, ideally within the commercial build sector and for a main contractor
• Valid CSCS card
