Senior Portal Services Analyst (Hybrid - Birmingham) - £40k - Legal

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

I'm looking to speak with individuals who are comfortable creating client portals and training users how to use them. You will be able to demonstrate that you can work towards KPI's and comply with processes. This role has the potential to take on line management responsibilities so if you have a desire to progress into a leadership role, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Create new complex client portals using in house and third party technology

Assist in the creation, documentation and implementation of product requests within the team

Help to continually improve service requests by implementing tools and processes

Form strong relationships within the team and the wider business

Collaborate and share knowledge with the direct team and train others in the business who will be using the portals

Suggest continuous improvements for the team, incorporating automation and AI

Migrate portals from one technology to another and archive those no longer required

Capable of using own initiative and working collaboratively with team

Able to prioritise workload within a busy schedule
