This is a very exciting time to join the company, as in the coming months the business embarks on the next chapter of its growth story with a rapidly expanding strategy into the institutional Build to Rent and Co-Living sectors. To support this, they are looking to expand their Property and Portfolio Management team to help strengthen their award-winning service; and this is where you come in!

Responsibilities will include:
• Managing a portfolio of residential properties and overseeing day-to-day operations, including maintenance, repairs, resident and portfolio client relations• Supporting in developing and implementing property management plans, budgets, and schedules• Maintaining accurate records and financial reports for the portfolio of properties• Conducting regular property inspections and implementing preventative maintenance measures• Responding to resident inquiries and complaints and ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues• Coordinating with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the properties to our portfolio clients.
Personal specification:
• At least a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a property or portfolio management related field• A sound knowledge and understanding of the AST Housing Act• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in property management software• ARLA Qualified to Level 3 or IRPM or working towards• Confident communicator• Ability to be resourceful and able to research, gather and distribute information as necessary• Ability to multi-task by employing effective time management strategies• Be well-presented and communicate with internal and external customers in a professional and friendly manner• Confidence, enthusiasm and strong dedication to the job and company• Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure when faced with challenging situations, meet set deadlines and pay meticulous attention to detail completing tasks fully, accurately and on time, prioritising where appropriate• Collaborative approach, proactive, curious and open minded to new ideas and work methods
The salary on offer will be in the region of £38,000 to £45,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
