One of our clients, a specialist insurer, is seeking a talented Senior Power Platform Developer to join their UK IT team. This is a permanent opportunity based in York, offering a chance to lead the adoption of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Role Overview

Essential Skills

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions as a Senior Specialist or Developer.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service and Sales) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, CoPilot Studio).
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
• Excellent communicator, effective with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud technologies and security.
• Skilled in agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies.

Desirable Skills

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert).
• Experience with Power Platform AI Builder and external AI integrations.
• Skills in extending the Power Platform using C#, JavaScript, etc.
• Insurance industry experience.
