Description

  • Develop and manage end-to-end paid search and display campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social, ensuring high performance across global markets.
  • Oversee and allocate a substantial annual advertising budget, focusing on maximising ROI and meeting key performance targets.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and creative, to align strategies and drive campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to refine campaign elements, including ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in paid media, adopting new technologies, tools, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Implement automation and scripting solutions to streamline processes and improve campaign management efficiency.

Profile

  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing PPC campaigns at scale with measurable results.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
  • A data-driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret large datasets effectively.
  • Experience working with international or global accounts and adapting strategies to meet diverse market needs.
  • Proactive and innovative, with a track record of staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present performance reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with wider teams to achieve shared goals.
