Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex cases, ensuring the highest standards of care for children and foster families.
- Conduct thorough assessments, including both standardized and non-standardized methods.
- Provide expert guidance and supervision to junior social workers and foster carers.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored care plans.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of fostering services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified social worker with a minimum of 5 years of experience in fostering or children’s services.
