• Lead the sourcing and procurement of MEP related goods and services.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their MEP requirements.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Implement strategic procurement initiatives to optimise supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Manage and resolve any supply chain related issues.

Profile

A successful 'Senior Buyer (MEP)' should have:

• A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Able to work in Somerset on a hybrid basis.
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with the construction industry. Experience with NEC3/NEC4.
