We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager – Mobile to join our client, focusing on mobile services across the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

This role presents a unique opportunity to manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring world-class customer experiences and driving market share growth in both consumer and SME markets. 

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and management of mobile products, including Consumer and Business Mobile Plans, and Roaming.
• Drive product strategies and solutions in support of 5-year and Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
• Maximize the digital potential of products to enhance customer journeys while reducing support effort and costs.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of the mobile product portfolio to align with business objectives.
• Lead industry, competitor, and customer research to support product development and customer experience improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing products within the Consumer or SME market.
• Strong understanding of IT & Telecommunications technologies and marketplace dynamics.
• Experience in developing and scheduling product, commercial, and financial plans.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present effectively at C-Level.
