About the Role:
Are you passionate about transforming retail experiences through innovative technology? Join us as a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer and colleague satisfaction while driving operational efficiency.
About the RoleYou'll oversee the strategy, development, and delivery of retail tech solutions such as in-store advice applications, colleague-facing task management tools, omnichannel capabilities, and exciting new in-store payment technologies. Working closely with engineering teams, you'll ensure efficient, iterative development using short feedback loops to rapidly meet evolving customer, colleague, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a retail technology strategy informed by competitive analysis, customer insights, and data.
- Shape product priorities and roadmaps to enhance omnichannel experiences and operational excellence.
- Create and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and actionable Jira backlogs.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize the retail tech stack.
- Set and deliver on OKRs, translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a Product Manager to ensure team success.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Product Management experience, with a focus on discovery, delivery, and a user-first mindset.
- Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.
- Ability to balance impact, quality, and timelines while navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong knowledge of omnichannel strategy development and retail technology innovations (preferred, not required).
- Expertise in PRDs, agile backlog management, and tools like Jira.
- Data-driven prioritization and decision-making, including A/B testing to drive improvements.
- Proficiency in setting OKRs and translating them into actionable plans.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills for aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in line management
