We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive forward the evolution of Paycircle, our flagship SMB payroll solution. This is an exciting time to join a rapidly expanding business. In this role you will lead a high-profile project to expand reach to new market segments, and to create synergies with other products and services in the Access suite. Reporting to the Head of Product for SMB, you will lead a project team of around 2 or 3 Product Managers and Business Analysts, working closely with a peer group representing other product lines.Day-to-day, you will:? Plan and execute the Product Strategy• Transform the business goals into a roadmap that you will own and drive forward• Prioritise features to maximise market reach• Lead a project team of 2-3 product managers and business analysts• Work together with Design, Engineering and Testing to ensure on-time delivery• Set and manage expectations with stakeholders• Present quarterly updates to the SMB Senior Leadership Team• Stay aligned with overall business strategy and peer product linesBe customer-centric• Have deep empathy for customer needs and pain-points• Ensure every release delivers customer value• Plan and lead discovery workshops, seminars, and user interviews• Participate in client-facing events and Sales days• Remain vigilant to market trends, threats and opportunitiesGo-to-market• Create and execute the go-to-market plan• Maintain the client-facing roadmap• Collaborate with Marketing and Pre-Sales on promotions and value propositions• Work with our Customer Success team to land features with clientsProduct performance• Lead a culture of data-driven and customer-centric decision making• Define and agree success criteria for project milestones• Track outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data points• Continuously monitor client satisfaction and take prompt action to course correct• Ensure compliance with UK and industry legislation• Ensure defects are triaged in accordance with OLA'sYour skills and experiences might also include:?? • Product Management experience within SaaS software market• Proficient in leading teams/projects in a fast-paced environment• UK payroll domain knowledge highly desirable• Experience of integrating products or services desirable• Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions• A customer-centric approach, able to engage with clients and users• Comfortable navigating a large stakeholder community• Managing backlogs using Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha! or other toolsWhat are we all about??
