Senior Product Marketing Manager (B2B) - Hybrid 1 day a week London - Perm - £55-£60K

Are you an experienced B2B marketing professional with a proven track record of driving revenue and leading high-performing teams?

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (B2B) to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies that fuel growth across sponsorships, exhibitions, advertising, and product subscriptions.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of crafting and implementing strategies that deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, editorial, and events teams to ensure alignment and optimise marketing initiatives. Managing a talented team, you’ll contribute to shaping and delivering a vision that enhances revenue and ROI while championing creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing strategies with organisational goals.
  • Optimise campaign performance using tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and Adestra.
  • Lead a team of marketers, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Utilise marketing automation and segmentation to improve personalisation and efficiency.
  • Create compelling collateral, including media packs, case studies, and infographics.
  • Leverage data insights to refine strategies and support decision-making.
  • Monitor emerging trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus on marketing strategy, campaign execution, and team management.
  • Experience working closely with the sales team and providing advice and guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a small team to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, excellent project management, and a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Budget management skills
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Power BI, and marketing automation tools.
  • A self-starter with innovative ideas and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Salary : 55000 - 60000
