The role involves developing strategies to drive sponsorship product adoption, leading the organization through the entire product lifecycle-from title selection, go-to-market strategy, and brand partnerships to execution. It includes managing multiple projects, prioritizing them effectively, and ensuring alignment across various leaders and stakeholders.Key job responsibilities:
- Shape the strategy for the video ads sponsorship program in the EU,collaborating with global sponsorship leaders and strategy and sales teams.
- Develop scalable workflows and approval processes for sourcing titles and titles
bundles for sponsorships, and for creating marketing materials that support Go-To-Market activities. This involves working closely with relevant teams across the organization.
- Drive creative thinking and innovation in the sponsorship offering, influencing broader creative and product marketing strategies across the EU product marketing team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales enablement tools and training materials that support the sales process and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis to identify market trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, providing insights to shape the marketing strategy.
- Leverage internal and external market research insights to refine the sponsorship offer, influence the global product roadmap, and optimize content, products, and packaging to ensure market fit.
- Analyse marketing metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the sponsorship program and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring strategies remain relevant and forward-thinking.
Basic qualifications:
- Professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
- Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion
