What is the role?

Robert Walters is seeking a Senior Product Owner with a strong understanding of recruitment outsourcing technology products, such as CRM, ATS, and VMS platforms. This is a leadership role, where you will manage these technology products, ensuring they are well-designed, configured, and supported to meet business and client needs. You will lead a team of Product Owners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that drives success.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Product Owner, you will have overall responsibility for managing and governing recruitment outsourcing products. This includes building and maintaining relationships with external technology partners, interpreting client feature requests, and overseeing the delivery of new technology implementations. Additionally, you will work closely with senior leadership to set business and team priorities.

• Define product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with the business strategy and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Gather and interpret feature requests from business and clients
• Oversee the governance of technology product use
• Manage relationships with external technology partners and monitor performance through KPIs
• Communicate product roadmaps to the business as a subject matter expert.
• Identify opportunities for best practice and new ways of working
• Lead the delivery of new client technology implementations

What we are looking for in a successful candidate?

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have significant experience in Recruitment RPO and MSP environments and proven experience as a Technology Product Owner. You will have strong skills in business analysis, workflow design, and leadership.

• Minimum 5 years' experience working in Recruitment RPO and MSP environments and platforms.
• Proven experience as a technology Product Owner
• Strong skills in business analysis and workflow design
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
