What You Will Do:

• Identify manufacturing needs for new product developments, designing systems and processes for cost-effective integration.
• Ensure compliance with all product and system requirements from design to final product, maintaining a keen awareness of Health, Safety & Environmental Policies.
• Implement engineering best practices, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules and improving manufacturing processes.
• Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to support product development and market opportunities.
• Design and oversee the implementation of manufacturing efficiency strategies, including shop floor layout and equipment layout.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving, and process improvement activities to enhance quality and reduce operating costs.

What You Will Bring:

• A minimum qualification of a degree in Mechanical Engineering, coupled with hands-on engineering experience.
• Proven experience in mechanical testing and development, ideally with knowledge of IC engine fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Solidworks or similar software, FMEA, and knowledge of DFM & DFA techniques.
• A "make it happen" mentality, with the ability to drive projects forward with limited resources.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical/engineering background.
