Agility Eco are recruiting for a Senior Project Administrator to join our growing projects teams in our Sutton or Aylesbury office. Our successful and growing Projects team, serves an expanding portfolio of large energy efficiency projects. In order for works to progress to installation it is essential that we check the cost of the works and the technical details of the works being proposed to ensure they are in line with the requirements of the scheme. This includes checking quotes and technical documentation submitted by our supply chain to ensure they meet the requirements. This requires close liaison with internal teams and our installation partners to make sure that the installation can take place in a speedy manner whilst also being compliant. This is a hybrid role. What you'll be doing:
- Providing the team with assistance with day-to-day process management and project administration, including data entry and analysis and identification and resolution of issues.
- Supporting the AgilityEco team and facilitating everyday activities (meeting organisation, document preparation etc.).
- Making sure that we maintain excellent relationships with our installer partners, our funders and with customers who are receiving home upgrades by responding to queries and collaborating with partners to make sure that the necessary work is conducted.
- Identifying areas where the processes we operate can be improved and collaborating with the team to make changes where needed.
- Archiving, recording, and retrieving company files, both physical and electronic.
- Serve as the first point of contact for team escalations, resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide regular tailored management information (MI) reporting to the Applications Manager, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement. Act as the 1st point of contact for any new reporting from PM’s.
- Responsible for ensuring all transactions are completed in accordance with established procedures. Identify any areas of non-conformity or areas for improvement and put in place appropriate coaching/corrective action.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement changes as necessary to drive continuous improvement.
- Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time. All employees are responsible for their own health and safety and must adhere to the company’s HSE guidelines.
What we need from you:
- Experience managing a team.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency measures and technical details of the works being specified.
- Process improvement or similar skills.
- Challenges the status quo and seeks to find new ways of working
