As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.This Senior Project Manager will take the helm of two critical projects. The first project revolves around operational resilience, requiring you to define, prioritise, and manage activities within various workstreams to meet regulatory deadlines. The second project involves implementing remediation policies in a system to ensure compliance with GDPR regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in defining and prioritising activities within workstreams to meet regulatory deadlines. You will manage project roadmaps, ensuring that delivery timelines are met while also identifying and managing any potential risks. Your role will extend to overseeing resource allocation for the projects, facilitating regular meetings, and providing monthly reports. Additionally, you will support operational redesign and change activities in specific workstreams. Your technical acumen will be put to good use as you implement GDPR-compliant remediation policies in the Party Centralization system.* Define and prioritise 'must do' activities within workstreams for regulatory deadlines* Manage and update project roadmaps to ensure timely delivery* Identify and manage project risks, escalating as necessary* Oversee project resourcing requirements* Facilitate regular meetings and monthly reporting* Support on operational redesign and change activities as relevant in specific workstreams* Handle usual project housekeeping tasks* Implement remediation policies in the Party Centralization system (PaCe) to ensure GDPR complianceWhat you bring:The ideal candidate for this Senior Project Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing large-scale projects.
